This often leads to limited student participation, misunderstandings, and ineffective representation of student concerns. As student leaders take on increasing responsibilities, there is a growing need to equip them with essential communication skills that foster collaboration, confidence, and civic engagement.

This project aims to develop the communication skills of DPLMHS–SASHS club officers through structured learning sessions and a practical volunteering component. 🗣️

This project tackles a real issue faced by many young people, limited access to hands-on skills development and the underuse of technical-vocational talents, especially among Senior High School TVL students and youth in nearby barangays. Many of us have the skills, but not the space or opportunity to actually use them in real-life situations 💡🔧. and, it becomes harder to find jobs, sustain livelihoods, and stay actively involved in the community 📉.

That’s where this project comes in 🚀. It brings a peer-led, community-based approach where youth are not just participants but also leaders 💬👥. The Youth Empowerment Fund supports youth-led projects that create local solutions to global challenges linked to the **United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)**. Young people can receive **micro-grants between €500 and €1500**, while registered youth-led organisations can receive **up to €5000** to implement community projects.
