### What They're Looking For

* Minimum graduate-level degree in a relevant field — completed before the September 2027 start date
* 2 to 6 years of professional experience — full-time doctoral research may count
* Nationality of a World Bank Group member country
* Excellent spoken and written English — additional languages are an advantage
* Must not be a current World Bank Group employee at the time of application
* Willingness to work and relocate to any World Bank office worldwide
