**The Change Project** - Before you start pulling your change project together make sure you have loaded the other assignments up on to Yoma as “impact tasks”. These are the actions that you can gain credits for on Yoma, to add to your YoID to show how you have grown through participating in this course. The main assignment is the Change Project - for this you need to document what you have done, then take what you have learnt and put it into practice. Start working on your place and take photographs or write down how it is changing. Once you have a good record. Share your story, you can upload this as a video, or a written assignment. Include photographs to show what your place looked like before and after.
