The role reports directly to the Head of Operations and blends data analysis with hands-on operational support across contracts, customer relationship management, and process improvement.

### **What You'll Do**

* Manage the full contract lifecycle — review, execution, and renewal — for commercial agreements.
* Draft, review, and update MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, and due diligence documentation.
* Support customer lifecycle management, from onboarding through off-boarding.
* Gather and analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Build and manage operational dashboards and generate monthly and quarterly reports for leadership.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Account Management teams on cross-functional projects.

## **Who Should Apply**

* You have 3–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related field.
* You have proven experience supporting commercial contracts and/or legal documentation.
* You have strong analytical skills and can turn data into clear recommendations.
* You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* You're proficient in Google Workspace and experienced with CRMs or similar business tools.
