The Technology Talent Services (TTS) Nigeria Programme — implemented by Tech4Dev and funded by the Mastercard Foundation — helps women aged 18 to 35 across 12 Nigerian states build workplace skills and access tech-enabled jobs in Nigeria's growing Tech BPO sector. Roles span customer support, administration, sales, marketing, operations, and human resources. No prior tech background needed.
