**🚀 Project Summary**

Project BRIDGE is a two-day community-based initiative designed to empower opportunity seekers by strengthening their employability skills and boosting their confidence in entering the workforce. This program focuses on young people who are actively searching for opportunities but need guidance in creating professional documents and developing essential workplace soft skills. Through interactive learning sessions, participants will gain hands-on experience in resume writing, communication, interview preparation, and personal branding.

**🎯 Target Beneficiaries**: 👥 One hundred (100) Opportunity Seekers, 📍 Residents of Zamboanga City, 🎂 Ages 18–25 years old.

&#x20;*Participants will gain access to career readiness training, peer learning opportunities, and potential employment connections through job fair opportunities.*

**🏆 Project Objectives**

By the end of the program:

✅Demonstrate the ability to create professional documents using MS Word and design visual content using Canva.

✅ Complete a personalized professional toolkit that includes: 📄 A polished CV/Resume; ✉️ A targeted Application Letter; 🎤 A Mock Interview Assessment

✅ Introduced to the P2E and YOMA platforms and will complete the required courses: 📚 *Saktong Communicator &* 📚 *Saktong Professional*

✅ Majority of participants will either: 💼 Secure employment opportunities OR 🤝 Be referred to partner employment agencies for interviews with potential employers.

✅ Successfully facilitate peer-to-peer learning sessions using participatory approaches and apply MEAL principles to assess learning impact and engagement. 📊✨
