The **SALVA MANOS: Basic Life Support Campaign** is a youth-led emergency preparedness initiative organized by the **League of Information Catalyst of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (LICCAHSS)** for the students of **Colegio De La Ciudad de Zamboanga – Ayala Campus** 🎓.

This campaign aims to equip students with essential knowledge and life-saving skills in responding to emergencies through proper **Basic Life Support (BLS)** procedures 🚨💪. The initiative highlights the importance of immediate and appropriate action during life-threatening situations, empowering students to become proactive responders within their school and community.

&#x20;

In partnership with the **Zamboanga City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ZCDRRMO)** 🤝, participants will engage in:

* ❤️ **CPR Demonstrations and Practice**
* 🩹 **Basic First Aid Training**
* 🚨 **Emergency Response Simulations**
* 🎤 **Interactive Lectures and Live Demonstrations**


The activity will be conducted on **May 7, 2026** 📅 at the **Ayala Campus** and will be divided into two batches to ensure quality facilitation and hands-on engagement:

* 🌅 **Batch 1:** 7:00 AM – 12:00 NN
* 🌇 **Batch 2:** 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

* 📢 Promote knowledge-sharing and emergency preparedness within the community
* 🌍 Empower youth to become active contributors to community safety and disaster response
