### What You'll Work On

* Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocations across platforms.
* Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms.
* Maintain accurate records for bookings, payments, and daily reports.
* Support front-facing sales and basic administrative tasks.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.

### Who Should Apply

* Personable, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
* Comfortable using basic digital tools — Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
* Interested in hospitality, creative spaces, or operations.
