**Project TINDIG** is a youth-centered, inclusive employability initiative designed to address the real challenges faced by young Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in transitioning from training to employment. 🚀 While many PWD participants, particularly those from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Area Vocational Rehabilitation Center (AVRC), already possess technical and vocational skills 🛠️, gaps remain in essential job-readiness competencies such as CV writing, application letter preparation, and interview confidence.

To bridge this gap, Project TINDIG provides **targeted training, mentorship, and coaching** focused on practical workplace skills 📝🎤. Through sessions on crafting effective CVs, preparing strong application documents, and building professional confidence, participants are equipped to present themselves competitively in the job market. The initiative follows a **Learning to Earning pathway** 🌱➡️💼 ensuring that skills gained translate into real employment opportunities.

Implemented in partnership with key agencies such as DOLE, TESDA, DICT, and DSWD 🤝, the project also connects participants to inclusive employers actively hiring PWDs, including Grand Astoria, KCC Mall de Zamboanga, SM, and Uni Barber 🏢✨. This creates direct pathways for employment and strengthens inclusive hiring practices in the local workforce.

The program is spearheaded by SPED specialists and students from the Bachelor of Special Needs Education program of Western Mindanao State University 🎓, ensuring a supportive, inclusive, and learner-centered approach. **Project TINDIG champions empowerment, dignity, and inclusion** 💪🌈, enabling young PWDs to stand tall, recognize their strengths, and confidently access opportunities where their abilities are valued and celebrated.
