* Area 2: Early Warning & Early Action`:`Solutions providing real-time risk communication and protective measures for communities, schools and clinics
* Area 3: Healthcare Readiness: Technology that shifts health systems from reactive crisis management to proactive, localised surge planning
* Area 4: Point-of-Care Support: Tools that enable case management and service continuity in low-connectivity zones

* Registered **for-profit startup** in a UNICEF programme country
