Let’s be real: between school stress, bullying, and mental health struggles, things can get heavy. 😶 Many of us stay quiet because of the stigma, but it’s time to break that cycle. **SANGKAY** (which literally means *friend*) is about building a community where "Kumustahan" is a lifestyle, not just a word.


###### 🔥 Your Role: The Peer Navigator 🧭

After this one-day intensive training, you won't just be a student—you’ll be a **Navigator**. You’ll learn how to:

* **Listen Without Judgment:** Create a 10/10 safe space for your squad. 🫂
* **Spot the Signs:** Identify when a peer is struggling with mental health or protection issues. 🔍
* **Bridge the Gap:** Guide your friends to the right support services without the awkwardness. 🌉


###### 🛠️ The Vibe: Learning by Doing

We’re skipping the boring slideshows. Expect a day full of:

* **Interactive Workshops:** Practice real-life scenarios and simulations. 🎭
* **Team-Building:** Connect with other youth who actually care. 🤝
* **Donation Drive:** We’re wrapping up with a wave of kindness! Bring what you can to promote youth solidarity and sharing. 🎁✨


###### 📅 The Logistics

* **Where:** Laoang Center for Sports, Culture and the Arts 🏟️
* **Who:** 160 Laoanganon youth (Ages 15–24)
* **The Goal:** To ensure every student has a "Sangkay" they can turn to.
