Project PASS addresses a critical civic issue, the lack of awareness and understanding of **Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)** among youth. Many young people remain vulnerable due to limited knowledge of abuse “red flags” and unfamiliarity with reporting mechanisms, resulting in silence and unsafe environments. A critical awareness gap on PSEA persists, leaving many youth unable to recognize or respond to abuse, thus sustaining unsafe environments. This project is urgently needed as both online and physical risks continue to evolve, while stigma and misinformation silence victims and embolden perpetrators.

The project targets the **in-school youth** from Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (CWTS-NSTP). Through **interactive workshops, safe space dialogues, and youth-led IEC creation**, participants are empowered to transform awareness into action. By leveraging digital platforms and peer engagement, the initiative fosters a culture of vigilance, advocacy, and shared responsibility for safer communities. ✊💡
