🗣️💬 Effective communication is a vital skill for student leaders, yet many club officers lack training and confidence in public speaking, leadership communication, and constructive dialogue. This often leads to limited student participation, misunderstandings, and ineffective representation of student concerns. As student leaders take on increasing responsibilities, there is a growing need to equip them with essential communication skills that foster collaboration, confidence, and civic engagement.

This project aims to develop the communication skills of DPLMHS–SASHS club officers through structured learning sessions and a practical volunteering component. 🗣️

✨ Many student leaders face challenges in public speaking, interpersonal communication, and leadership dialogue—skills essential for representing their classes and engaging with the school community.

Through workshops, interactive activities, and hands-on leadership tasks, the project empowers youth to confidently express ideas, collaborate with peers 🤝, and actively participate in school governance 🎓. It promotes civic engagement by equipping student leaders with the communication competencies needed for responsible leadership and active citizenship 🌟.

**Project Objectives:**
