This project tackles a real issue faced by many young people, limited access to hands-on skills development and the underuse of technical-vocational talents, especially among Senior High School TVL students and youth in nearby barangays. Many of us have the skills, but not the space or opportunity to actually use them in real-life situations 💡🔧. and, it becomes harder to find jobs, sustain livelihoods, and stay actively involved in the community 📉.

That’s where this project comes in 🚀. It brings a peer-led, community-based approach where youth are not just participants but also leaders 💬👥. Through hands-on workshops 🛠️, peer coaching 🤝, and leadership opportunities guided by teachers and student leaders 🎓, young people get to apply what they know, learn from each other, and grow together 🌱. More than just skills, it builds confidence 💪, collaboration 🤗, and a stronger sense of purpose empowering youth to create real impact in their own communities 🌍✨.

**Project Objectives 🚀**

• Empower youth participants to turn their technical and vocational skills into real opportunities, whether it’s landing a job 💼 or starting a negosyo 💡

• Provide accessible and hands-on training + mentoring for youth from different backgrounds (in-school, out-of-school, NEET, and youth orgs) to boost job readiness and business skills 📚✨

• Strengthen skills application and problem-solving through peer coaching 🤝 and real-world, project-based learning in community or market settings 🌍

• Develop youth leaders by enhancing their mentoring, facilitation, and leadership skills to support employability and entrepreneurship initiatives 👥🔥

• Increase livelihood readiness and open pathways for employment or business growth among underserved youth creating real, measurable impact in their economic opportunities 📈💪
