AFOSI is inviting qualified and licensed audit firms to conduct the **external audit of its financial statements for the financial year 2025**. 📊📑

The audit will ensure compliance with **International Standards on Auditing (ISA), Kenyan NGO regulations and donor agreements**.

The selected firm will provide independent assurance to AFOSI’s Board, management and partners on financial performance and internal controls.

**Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Conduct an external audit of AFOSI financial statements
✅ Review financial processes and internal controls
✅ Ensure compliance with Kenyan NGO regulations and donor requirements
✅ Provide independent audit opinion and recommendations
✅ Identify areas for financial management improvement

**Requirements / Qualifications:**
✅ Registered and licensed audit firm with ICPAK
✅ Minimum 5 years experience in auditing
✅ Experience auditing NGOs or donor-funded organizations
✅ Strong knowledge of ISA and financial reporting standards
✅ Knowledge of Kenyan tax regulations (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, SHA)
