The LEaP! Employability and Community Grants is designed for youth-serving organizations (YSOs) ready to support the implementation of the Learning to Earning Pathways (LEaP!) Programme for young people. This mechanism provides a transparent, fair, and results-oriented system for allocating financial support to site partners delivering opportunities that strengthen young people’s transition from learning to decent work and civic engagement. 💼💸

Objectives:

Support innovative and inclusive learning-to-earning pathways for adolescents and youth, particularly those in vulnerable or marginalized contexts;

Strengthen employability through life skills, digital skills, and work-readiness skills aligned with local labor market needs;

Strengthen civic engagement and meaningful youth participation in local communities;&#x20;

Enable partnerships with different stakeholders, including but not limited to, education institutions, youth-serving organizations, training providers, and other implementing partners; and&#x20;

Ensure accountability, measurable results, and sustainability of initiatives.
