###### The Future Founder SA Peer Mentorship Program leverages the lived experience of entrepreneurs to support aspiring founders through a four-phase journey: **Spark & Inspire, Learn & Validate, Deep Dive, and Venture Launch**. The program is delivered primarily through the **#FutureFounderSA WhatsApp Community**.&#xA;&#xA;Mentor Responsibilities

As a Peer Mentor, the individual provided encouragement, accountability, and light-touch guidance to program participants by:

* Participating in the community kickoff and contributing to a positive, supportive culture
* Sharing **original, value-driven content post**s aligned to the active program phase
* Responding to mentee questions.&#x20;
* Facilitating at least **two interactive engagement activities per month** (e.g. polls, mini-challenges)
* Supporting a cohort of **10–15 mentees**, with **two individual check-ins per month**
* Updating the shared mentee progress tracker weekly
* Attending **bi-weekly check-in calls** with the Yoma Engagement Team

###### Credential Issued For:&#x20;

Demonstrated leadership, peer mentorship, community engagement, and contribution to youth entrepreneurship development through Future Founder SA.
