The Eco-Champions Challenge 2025 is a youth-driven campaign empowering young people across Nigeria to take climate action in fun, creative, and impactful ways. From eco-friendly pledges to before-and-after action shots, participants will inspire others to care for the planet while building their creativity and advocacy skills.

This challenge is part of UNICEF GenU 9JA’s mission to mobilize young people as climate leaders, supported by Young People’s Action Team (YPAT) who are already driving actions in their communities. Now it’s YOUR turn to step up and make an impact!



**✅ Young people aged 10–35 years across Nigeria**
**✅ Passionate about the environment and climate action**
**✅ Access to a phone or laptop with internet**
**✅Able to share photo, art, or pledge submissions in English or a local Nigerian language**

**1) Before & After Collage**

1. Pick an action (cleanup, tree planting, recycling).
2. Snap a before photo.
3. Do the action.
4. Snap an after photo (same spot).
5. Make a collage (use Canva/phone editor).
6. Add short caption (what you did + impact).
7. Upload on Completion file

**2)** Eco-Fashion Art

1. Collect waste/recycled materials.
2. Create outfit or artwork.
3. Take clear photos (full + close-up).
4. Write short caption (materials used + message).
5. Upload 	Completion File
