#### About the Opportunity

UNICEF Nigeria is seeking a highly skilled **Consultant in Content & Knowledge Product Development** to support innovation and knowledge management processes. This role focuses on co-creating and documenting knowledge products that capture lessons, best practices, and innovations to strengthen programme outcomes for children across Nigeria.

#### Who Can Apply (Eligibility)

✅ Advanced degree in Communications, Knowledge Management, International Development, or related fields
✅ Minimum of 8 years of senior-level experience in writing content (lessons learned, case studies, innovations, failures, etc.)
✅ Strong skills in creative content development, graphic design, and audio-visual storytelling
✅ Experience in capacity-building and facilitating knowledge sharing
✅ Familiarity with the UN system is an advantage

#### What You’ll Do

* Conduct **knowledge gaps assessments** through desk reviews & consultations.
* Develop & document **10 knowledge management products** (case studies, guides, best practices, lessons).
* Create & maintain a portfolio of **10 innovation products** for UNICEF Nigeria.
* Support coordination, reporting, and knowledge sharing across teams.
