**UNICEF Nigeria seeks an Information Management Officer (Emergency Response)**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide GIS mapping and information management support for emergency-related activities.
* Support the GIS unit of the National Emergency Management Authority (NEMA).
* Collect and synthesize partner data for emergency coordination forums.
* Maintain databases and dashboards to inform response strategies.
* Support needs assessments and performance monitoring in humanitarian settings.
* Serve as the knowledge management focal point for the emergency team.

**Qualifications:**

* **Education**: First university degree (Bachelor’s) in Information Systems, Data Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
* **Experience**: At least 2 years of relevant experience in information management, GIS mapping (ArcGIS expertise required), and emergency response.
* **Skills**: Strong data analysis, reporting, and GIS mapping capabilities. Experience with UN or NGO emergency settings is a plus.
* **Languages**: Fluency in English. Knowledge of local languages or another UN language is an asset.
