**Tasks You'll Support**

* Conduct **systematic literature reviews** on youth participation in governance, civic engagement, and policy processes
* Evaluate **15–20 abstracts daily**, identify relevant studies, and **curate citations** in Zotero with standardized tags
* **Document search strategies** and maintain a shared tracking spreadsheet
* Identify **case studies** across regions where youth participation led to positive policy changes
* Join **weekly 1-hour virtual team meetings** via Microsoft Teams

**Who Should Apply?**

* Master's or PhD students with a **Bachelor's in Social Sciences, Public Policy, International Development, Law, or Political Science**
* Individuals experienced in **academic research or literature reviews**
* Researchers familiar with **academic databases** (e.g., JSTOR, Web of Science) and **reference software** like Zotero
* Those with **strong analytical and English language skills**
* Anyone passionate about **youth engagement and rights**
