**What’s the role?**
You'll be working closely with the **Youth Engagement Team** to manage **youth-led organizations (YLOs)** in Kenya. Your work will include:

* 🗺️ Mapping and recruiting YLOs
* 📝 Onboarding and contracting
* 📊 Managing **MEL** (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning)
* 🧑‍💼 Overseeing program management to ensure success!
