What You’ll Do:
\- 🧑‍🏫 Train and support staff on compliance and risk management
\- 🔍 Track all compliance rules and spot risks, including for new products
\- 📢 Keep the bank updated on regulatory changes and advise the Board
\- 📝 Review and improve policies to meet top compliance standards
\- 📊 Lead risk-based compliance reviews and analyze reports
\- 🤝 Work with auditors and ensure all compliance issues get fixed fast
\- 📊 Manage regulatory reports and keep compliance records sharp
\- 🔐 Act as the bank’s MLRO-handle AML, CFT, and suspicious transaction reporting
\- 🚀 Lead key compliance projects and represent HFC in industry forums

What You Bring:
\- 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Strong leadership and team management skills
\- 📜 Deep knowledge of banking laws like CBK guidelines, Basel, POCAMLA
\- 🧠 Sharp analytical skills and great at report writing
\- 🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
\- 📝 Skilled in policy drafting and workflow documentation
\- 💻 Tech-savvy with MS Office mastery
\- 🌟 High integrity, professionalism, and top organization

Must Have:
\- 🎓 Degree in Commerce, Law, Finance, Banking, or related field
\- 🏅 Compliance or risk management certification is a plus
\- 💼 6+ years experience with at least 3 years in banking compliance
