**Internship Details**

**Role:** CD Admin Intern

**Location:** Lagos, Nigeria

**Duration:** 1 Year

**Working Hours:** 8 AM – 5 PM (Mondays to Fridays)

**Monthly Stipend:** NGN 90,000 (Gross)

**Application Deadline:** 11:59 PM, Friday 30th May 2025

**Main Responsibilities**

* Prepare and reconcile monthly CD Expense Plans (travel, float, hospitality, etc.)
* Manage CD team communication (newsletters, memos, announcements)
* Coordinate CD logistics, including travel, meetings, and hospitality
* Support field team with centralized product pack management
* Assist with CD fleet management and documentation
* Follow up on action points from CD meetings with the Head of CD
* Manage third-party agency payments related to contract staff

**Who Can Apply?**

* Must be currently serving or have completed NYSC
* Strong skills in **MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word**
* Project planning, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
* Effective business writing and office administration
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong stakeholder management and prioritization
* Available to work full-time for 1 year&#x20;
