**NSC Fitness Gym & Spa** (at Nairobi Safari Club) is looking for a **Health Club Manager** to lead the daily operations of our premium wellness center. Think smooth operations, motivated teams, happy members – and YOU at the heart of it all.

##### **🏃‍♀️ What You'll Do:**

✔️ Oversee gym operations & staff coordination
✔️ Deliver top-notch service to members & guests
✔️ Lead a vibrant team with energy & positivity
✔️ Boost memberships and retention
✔️ Maintain facilities (gym, pool, sauna, etc.)
✔️ Manage budgets & ensure financial sustainability
✔️ Uphold top health & safety standards

##### **📋 You Should Have:**

🌟 **3+ years' experience** in a health club (4- or 5-star hotel is a big plus!)
🎓 **Diploma** in Fitness Science, Gym Instruction, or Health Nutrition
🧠 Strong **leadership & communication** skills
✅ First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard certified
📊 Comfort with data and reporting systems
💪 Physically fit, friendly & flexible (yes, weekends too!)
