🌍 **Want to shape the long-term impact of an organization advancing gender rights, youth empowerment, and inclusive healthcare?**
**Action for Sustainability Initiative (AFOSI)** is hiring a **Consultant** to design its **Organizational Sustainability Strategy** under the “We Lead” project in **Nairobi, Kenya**. 🚀

AFOSI is a youth- and women-focused NGO working in health, education, environment, and livelihoods. With funding from **Hivos East Africa**, the We Lead project empowers young women in Kibra and Mukuru who are living with HIV, living with disabilities, identify as LBTI, or are displaced. Now, AFOSI is looking for a **strategy expert** to help them continue making impact even beyond the project’s official end date in June 2025. 📆

💼 **Your Mission as Consultant:**

* Develop AFOSI’s sustainability strategy with long-term goals
* Identify ways to keep programs alive using available resources
* Research and submit 2 new fundraising proposals
* Train AFOSI staff in strategic planning, resource mobilization & program management

🧠 **What You'll Deliver:**
📌 Inception report with methodology & timelines
📌 Final Organizational Sustainability Strategy
📌 Roadmap for implementation with milestones & capacity-building recommendations
📌 A hands-on training session for the AFOSI team

🔍 **Qualifications You Need:**
🎓 Master’s in Org Development, Business, or Nonprofit Management
📊 7+ years of relevant experience in NGO strategy, fundraising, or sustainability
📈 Proven experience creating sustainability plans for NGOs
💬 Strong communication & facilitation skills
🟣 Bonus if you’re familiar with gender & youth programming
